It's been a while!!!!

Well...I'm sorry that is has been so long.  I have no excuse but just know that I will do my best to start updating again.  Since I last checked in I am down to 186.....YES.  It has definitely been a struggle and is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.  But I keep reminding myself that I have come too far to go back to where I used to be.  It is an everyday battle that I must continue to win.  Just wanted to check in.....I will do my best to continue to update this blog.  Talk to you later.
